Hi, I have fasted before with juice for 3 days at the most, this time my body has just sent me into an unplanned Water Fast (every time I try to eat, my stomach really hurts). I have reoccurring stomach pain, so I usually do 1 day/2 day fast and it sorts itself out. But this time, I have been fasting for the longest I have ever on/off 2 weeks (because I thought I was supposed to eat (only rice though)) and continuously Water Fast for maybe 5 days now. So my question is, I am not hungry, not even a little. I seem to be doing fine, a little tired here and there. So, how do I know when to break it? When will I be hungry again? Unfortunately, Christmas and travel plans is approaching and people will wonder why I am not eating, but I know I have to do what my body is telling me to do. Has anyone had this experience of not knowing when a fast will end?
