I hesitated responding because I wanted to be sure. The day after I posted this I was a lot better. It's continued so it wasn't a fluke.

I'm still a little bummed out somethimes but I can get in touch with it and deal with it mentally.

Last week was wierd. It was almost like being catatonic; I could have stared at the wall for 6 hours.

This is the end of day 19 for me, though I started drinking green juices from a juicer at day 13. So I suppose it's not a perfect master cleanse but that's OK with me. "Don't follow leaders." Besides, if the later stages of this cleanse are all about healing, then added phytonutrients couldn't hurt.

I have a desire to eat but don't feel famished. I've got ideas of doing 40 days.
