Thanks for the "blog". I've started probably about a week ago. I soak once a day, in the evening. Really not sure about the amount of epsom salt. She should have used gram/mililiter amounts.. :) I am actually using more than you are. I used like 10 small teaspoons for a bowl a little bigger than yours (which is metal, I might switch to a ceramik / plastic one from now on).
