hi friend i am also suffering from bromhidrosis. mines smells like a hot spicy food at first but later it turns into an onion smell. since yours smells like ?bread? I would recommend the anti candida diet for you as bread Body Odor is usually caused by yeast overgrowth. i tried miradry but it helped 0% for me. Botox doesn't help for the odor glands
