I suffer from DEBILITATING ANXIETY, and I mean debilitating. I hate to say the only thing that helps is ativan and a shot of voda. I DO NOT recommend this, but I have been suffering anxiety this bad since 1995. It affects my quality of life greatly. Is anything out there which would help with raising GABA? GABA supplements don't pass the blood brain barrier. Is there something that would boost it? I used Kavinace, which is a commercial brand of phenibut. It worked like nothing I have ever, ever used, including all pharmaceuticals. However, you can only use it about twice a week. Is there anything out there that can help? Anxiety is crippling me. I mean really crippling me. Thanks for any responses.
