Sorry never saw your reply in my inbox just saw it I would keep the paste on all night put it on periodically during the day because it looks creepy I found eating raw garlic beat them down good and I jesting coconut oil helped tremendously I also took combantr in over the counter deworming pill s it's been months no more morgellons also lots of pineapple sunflower seeds no salt must.be plain good luck God bless
