Thank you so much for your response!! I've been doing a few things, mostly homeopathic. Garlic, coconut oil, pumpkin seeds, ACV. This particular passing of stuff I actually fasted for several days. And then did an enema. My constipation has been horrible. I will def check out the resources that you posted! Thank you!!!! You have def made me much less crazy! Haha!
