That's ok. I just thought I should ask in case I was missing something important.

If you do not wish to discuss this here that's fine, but I did want to ask whether you were having this problem before you moved into this house with a history, or was it the first time for you and your husband to experience such strange things? I think it is terrible when such history is not shared by the seller of the house. Do you have a legal leg to stand on as far as getting your money back, or has too much time passed?
