BAD, BAD, BAD. Sea weed contains too much contamination to be healthy. Instead use Lugols Liquid Iodine or Iodoral capsules. You should also take the required co-supplements including VITAL selenomethionine (Selenium) which must always be taken with iodine. Iodine without selenium can cause thyroid & hormonal problems.
