Hi all, I am new to this forum. I would like to know if anyone has settled on long term Lugols supplementation at the lower dose. I am not planning on exceeding 6mg a day as I seem to have achieved the result I wanted, that is my body temperature has increased which was my only concern. all I read on here seems to be 50mg and above. Can one get the same benefits on lower doses? thanks
