Yes, such extreme emotions can be detox. I experienced them myself. I believe this is primarily from fluoride in the brain, especially from medications that use fluoride to pass the blood-brain barrier. As Iodine clears the fluoride, it can be like reliving your worst nightmare or going to the darkest place your mind has ever been. You may need brief breaks from this so you don't get overwhelmed.
