Please help!!!!!

6 wks ago I had Phenoxymethypeniccilin Antibiotic for 12 days for strep infection
3 weeks ago I began the gluten challenge for 5 days
The strep didn't clear so had Azithromycin Antibiotic 4 days. The Azithromycin or a virus made my appetite go, caused metallic tatse mouth, dizziness, high temperature and foul smelling urine.

It's been 2 1/2 weeks since the Azithromycin and stopping gluten. My stool has been light yellow, mushy and undigested. I also had blood in my stool for a day or two. My taste isn't back fully. My period isn't coming and I've lost 6 pounds of weight. I'm scared that I'm not getting enough fat absorption.

6 weeks ago before the Antibiotics my blood showed normal liver function and since all the symptoms I've had an ultrasound scan which showed normal gallbladder/liver/pancrease/spleen function.

What could be causing this?
