Hi Lily,

Since I saw your post I have been attempting the soaks.

I get fed up about day 10 when some parts are healing and others look the same. I am pretty OCD with it so if one side is peeling then I start again. Cannot stand the fact that it is uneven. I would prefer the whole lip to peel if only evenly hence why I keep starting again. Anyway, my issue is and has always been the sides of the top lip. They crack and then start to peel inwards and hang there until they fall off and start again. It is as if they dry up, split from the sides and thus start to curl. I do not see a way around this unless I do not speak or eat. Did you have a similar issue at all?

How did you go with sleeping and the white mush building up? that is the skin of the inside of the lips smacking together.

Also do your lips turn yellow? Mine did in the past but now with the soaks they are not as yellow.
