I have been where you are. For DECADES I suffered every winter with a terrible chest cold that lasted for months. The WORST was pneumonia that almost killed me last year. Then I discovered Colloidal Silver and it changed my life.

You need to become far more aggressive with your Colloidal Silver . At the hint of a sniffle, put Colloidal Silver into your nebuliser and breath it in for 15 minutes 3 a day, and take 2 table spoons of CS daily, holding it under the tongue for 5 minutes, then gargle & swallow.

Now 2 times a night I breath in directly from ALL the humidifier output. I actually put my mouth over the humidifier output & breath it ALL in for a minute. One minute of this is better than 15 minutes on my little nebulizer. This winter is also my best year with zero chest colds. My wife also shares in the goodness of breathing humidified colloidal silver all night every night.
However she never suffered chest colds like I did every year.
