I use coconut oil on my lips anytime they feel dry sometimes 3 times a day sometimes none but usually once morning and again in the evening.

check your tongue before and after soaking, you should notice that your tongue becomes pinker after the soak, eventually your lips too will become pinker and the less the white the more the healing.
