That would probably work, gloves in a bottle will keep them well protected in the night. It just depends on whether aquaphor can adequately protect your lips during the day. If they don't then the next time you peel you wont know whether it was because of aquaphor or gloves in a bottle. That's the problem with using 2 products at once, its hard to eliminate the ineffective one, but please give it a try and let us know how you get on.
