I have struggled for years to find a cure for my cronic bacterial vaginosis (BV) . I am finally bv free, and feel obligated to share my cure with you! Through the years I have tried so many things, most multiple times. What has finally worked: kefir!!!!! I recently had a GI infection and was taking lots of probiotics to counter the antibiotic. A friend of mine suggested kefir because it contains lots of probiotics. So, I stared making and drinking it everyday. It worked so well for my GI issue, I thought maybe it would help balance out my vaginal dysbosis too. So, I decided to douche with it. I douched once a day for a week, and I am super happy to say I am bv free, even after having sex with my husband! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays away. Try it ladies.
