I've read the golden fountain! Great book, it gave the full convincing on UT
I was doing a Water Fast last year in Thailand. And colonics are on the menu. I just found the book on day 7, so I started it right away, on day 9 I tried a urine colonic and I feel like it had powerful effect. I'm working on riding myself of eczema because itching all the time and not sleeping well is no fun!
I put urine on my skin fairly often, and 2,3,4 day old urine is most powerful.
