Hello, thank you for your story, it's inspiring!
I'm in day 8 right now of a urine fast. It is December, and I was planning on doing three weeks, although I most likely won't even get to the two week mark. I did a 10 day fast last year at this time in Thailand. Now I'm in my cabin with my rocket mass heater keeping me warm.
I just started to feel real lack in energy. I guess that's the natural rhythm. Anyway, day by day, moment by moment. I'm hoping to get candida under control and help my liver function better so that eczema isn't such an issue. Regards!
