I've been battling Lyme, Candida, Histamine Intolerance which really limits what fruits I can eat and Celiac disease. My sister in law recommended the 80 10 10 diet. I tried, but I work an extremely physical job 10 hours a day no breaks because I get paid for what I build to support a wife and three kids and my wife home schools.

Eating only fruit left me starving losing weight and was insanely expensive. On top of that the fruit made me feel really anxious and gassy which made we wonder about SIBO.

I don't have the time to chew all day. What the hell are Russians or Eskimos supposed to do. I really do not think that fruit is all we are supposed to eat. Howsoever eating the same meal 3x a day of sweet potatoes pot roast, ghee and chips is not making me any healthier after three years.
