Hi All, I will be starting a starting a Water Fast tomorrow.I would like some company so that I feel accountable.
I have been trying to Water Fast for the last 2 weeks, but I give up in the evening and overeat due to cravings.
I would really like support and hoping to successfully start the fast tomorrow. Wish me luck:(
