i guess you have gi tract area problems,check for pylori helicobacter.
low stomach acid cause small intestine infection ,this can spead everywhere ,nose ears ,ui tact .usuall scenario
Is bery important the medical history.
manuka honey with mastic gum is effective for stomach ,glutamine or so is usefull
