Biofilm covers bacteria good and bad. And most often its looked at for it's role in protecting bad bacteria. Good bacteria gets replenished quickly and naturally by the body.

Doing indefinite daily CS enemas no doubt would be a bad idea. But short term a number of people in this forum have done it with positive results. And for digestive disorders where good bacteria is overwhelmed with bad - it's especially worthwhile.
