Thanks very interested in what you got to say:)
I been in the kill phase for about 12 years I think... so I feel probiotics are probably the way forward to me. But I trying to be careful.

At the moment I discussed that collegan powder ( bullet proof ) they think this feeds your good bacteria but not candida .., only tried it for 3 days but so far I not had a bad reaction . ( I do with fos and gos and ios next day)
I am really tempted to try lactolulose again.. I think last time I tried it I had small bowel overgrowth as well as candida. I hope this is not the case any more and maybe lactoluse will help this time!
I am also trying cellulose powder.

Just killing with no support for the good guys makes you feel so tired and depressed. I trying not to do that any more.

Thanks for coming back on the forum after getting well so many people just leave and then nobody knows how they did it :) dvjodge is a star as well I always read his posts. I'm feeling positive at the moment. I have the gut health book:) and a plan. In the new year I try and add lactolose. See what happens for the moment I stick with the book idea for a kill of candida

Btw I have already brought the cinimon and clove oil and put them in 00 caps with cocunut oil then I put them in the fridge fto take 1 a day for next 2 months.
