Wow lactoferrin actually sounds like a miracle supplement. Wonder why I haven't heard of it before.

I haven't been fasting on that, just take lemon water & Acv water in addition to my regular diet for 8 days.

It must have had SOME effect because I broke out for the first time in 8 years. Acne! Can you believe it?

I have a feeling my body is trying to get rid of toxins. So I'm taking a break from the mini-detox and I'm going to resume taking it in a few days.
