There are 2 statements in my research that apply to your condition.

1) ALL thyroid problems are caused by iodine/selenium deficiency. ( as well as a Pandoras Box of additional health problems)

2) Start your co-supplements first, then a month later start your Iodine SLOWLY and start with a drop of Lugols once per week, then very slowly titrate up to 50mg a day.
