I've been battling leaky gut for a few years and can't seem to shake it. Does anyone have experience with B-vitamins and negative effects on gut bacteria and health? I had been feeling much better and added back in an activated b-complex. Within 2 days of taking 1/4 of a serving I'm back to square 1 and it will take a few weeks before it clears up. I have constant tingles in my head and little energy.

Can B-vitamins negatively affect your gut bacteria and health? I was taking them with food.
