Hi: If the salt water makes you feel sick, then just drink half or three quarters of it. I never have gotten the full 32 oz down. As for your friends going out, take your jug of juice with you and enjoy the company. I did that and explained what I was doing and got nothing but praise for sticking with it. You don't have to cut yourself off just because you are doing something different. Go out there and have fun!
