Perfect Balance has their own blend of supplements, and yes, vitamin c is part of the program. It is blended in with Magnesium and other absorptive nutrients, which help the body to release the toxins sequestered in the tissues. Their formula was designed to support both fast and slow oxidizers. You take as much as you are comfortable with, up to a maximum amount. This is what makes the program faster than Dr. Wilson's.
