Should I drink tap water or distilled water in conjunction with the urine when fasting ?

Why doe John ArmStrong recommend tap water, because it has PPM doesn't it ?

So, can the urine fasting alone help people gain weight and get bigger, how does it work, I imagine it has something to do with the mind body connection and urine contains the information on our mind maybe ?

Also, how should I store aged urine ?
