I bought my pepper bulk from Central Market. It's organic and they had about 3 or 4 different cayenne peppers that had different HEATS. I was just wondering if those who can't stand the pepper has tried to find one that was less hot? I got the more mild one and I haven't had any problem with it. in fact I started to not taste it after awhile (and will add a dash more :)

has anyone else noticed that there are different levels of hot for cayenne peppers?
