Has anyone seen anything like this in their stool? It is very peculiar, separates itself from the rest of the stool, very solid and hard in terms of texture and composition - doesn't break down the way undigested matter does.

Do you think it's parasites? Or old mucus / lymph?

I have been living on mostly fruit juice these last 4 days.
