It's a pinworm I just got over an infestation very scary and very upsetting I'm sorry that you're going thru this your son will be fine try no-carb no-sugar diet for a week woodworm something I got at the health food store and diatomaceous earth my hands were covered with the eggs and I did not know it and kept reinvesting myself so his hands and yours in diatomaceous earth and water I wore rubber gloves as much as possible until I was well good luck you're in my prayers
