Before you even contemplate using Cinnamon essential oil, read on the web about the harm that it can create!!!!!!!

It can be really nasty stuff which is far too strong to take internally. I thought that it might provide the strong anti biotic effect I wanted before I read about the damage it can create in the human body. The research shows how strong the anti biotic effect is but that is only in a petri dish and not inside the human body.

Be warned before you do yourself irreversible harm.
