Your a total star !!! Thanks so much for posting this.:) I been doing borax for a few days, feel very down ! I have been doing so well but I feel like it's killing off my good bacteria . I did a degree in biology I love to just get into a lab and just test what kills your good bacteria and what kills yeast. Looks like someone done it:) Going to buy the book. Really thank you ! This forum giving me so much support though the years but I always read what you have to say frostymug xx
