I went to my gynecologist the other day when I thought I had a yeast infection and my test came back negative for bacterial vaginitis, yeast infection, UTI and all the other routine things they test for. She referred me to a specialist. This specialist is $1200 for the first visit and doesn't take insurance. I'm 20 years old and wanted to see if anyone could help me figure out my problem.

History:
Current medications: Vyvanse 30mg and Lamictal 100mg
History of unobtrusive sexual abuse (stopped at age 10)
Started getting "yeast infections" at age 12 and have had them once a month since then (never experienced any itching or abnormal smelling discharge)
Only ever had one sexual partner (my husband) and I am/have been his only sexual partner

Symptoms:
Burning pain inside and outside the vagina
Not always caused by touch
Pink discharge
Bleeding during sex
Painful entry and exit during sex (when a penis is going into my vagina, no matter how aroused I am, it feels like there's a wall that won't let it go any further in. It takes a long time for it to be fully inside me)
Excruciating burning pain that can lead to numbness or pain in legs and feet (this is at its worst)
Skin coming off from inside vagina

Things Tried:
Sitz baths
Bath with Baking soda
Acidophilus
Boric acid
Different suppositories
Lidocaine
Different lubes
Different condoms
Different BC
Avoiding tight clothing
Avoiding irritants
Change detergent
Anti convulsants
Vagisil
Cranberry juice
Flucanozole
Limiting sugar intake

All these things work somewhat but definitely not all the time.
