Hi rucoco,

I have suffered with anxiety for around about a year and a half now. I am 21 years old. It started after I had glandular fever. I had chronic insomnia aswell.

Is DHEA still helping you? What effects did it have on your sleep, mood, skin etc as I'm thinking of getting some.
