I have been suffering from chronic constipation for the last year. It came on gradually possibly due to the use of Antibiotics in the past.

I have been doing the DR schulze detox over the last 2 months.

I need 15 IF1 to empty my bowels for the whole day. I get crampy and have loose movements. However by night time I am under discomfort again. i can feel a sensation in my stomach and on doing an enema the sensation is gone.

I cant find the right number of IF1 for me because if I increase I get bad stomach cramps and diarhea. Whatever I do I am uncomfortable at night before going to bed.

I am thinking of taking a dose of IF1 in the morning and night now so that I completely empty at night.

Is anyone on the same boat. Some help would be great!
