Thank you so much, that helps tremendously! So, you think I'm ok not taking all the other supplements for now, if I get the milk thistle in? I started reading the protocol, but it's over 700 pages and I was lost by page 10.30am going to tag it ,but feel i need to get on needs ASAP as these things are already all over me.
