The mind is very powerful, so if you keep telling yourself you are hopeless, you will continue to feel this way.
Try not to be so focused on the fact that you have an undiagnosed illness, because you might not. I suggest getting sunshine, excercise in a way that's enjoyable to you, like swimming and eat healthy food, raw as much as possible.
