I'm sorry that today has been rough. You can have some of my weight if you need it!! LOL!

I'm on day 4. Since I've started the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on day 3, I haven't wanted to drink very much. I know I need to. So I push myself to drink more. I just feel so full.

You'll feel better tomorrow!
