Pale stool and burping are symptoms of a weak liver - so are gas (weak kiver and poor digestion causing fermentation). I've had great result with this product my Naturopath had recommended :HEPAMED by Alterra - the posology is different but he had asked me to take them at bedtime (2 caps) and this hepatic regenerator formula was really helpful.
