Coeliac/Celiac help please!

I've started the gluten challenge as my GP (doctor) wants to test me for Coeliac disease.
I have reintroduced gluten for 7 days and I feel HORRENDOUS!

Please could someone advise how much gluten to eat and for how long? My GP said 2 weeks but advice online says 3 months...

It can't help that I'm on Antibiotics too which combines with gluten will only feed any candida
