I'm thrilled to bits with my 3 months of coffee enemas.
My mind has cleared, my Psoriasis has almost cleared, and my circulation has improved.
The weirdest thing is that I'm no longer sensitive to the cold.
I'm sat in a T shirt at 18 degrees C, when most winters I feel cold at 21.
I wonder if this is my improved circulation, or whether I've had a metabolism boost.
