I have a lot of essential oils and was actually using them until I put some cypress oil into my ears and I thought they were tearing my inner ears apart! I couldn't do anything but scream and cry for over an hour. I really thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room even though I have vowed to avoid them at all costs. But maybe I will put some in a nasal rinse. Baking soda, definitely. My problem is, if I run them from my nose they go to my ears and mouth, and so on and so on. If they would get in my gut I could handle it.
