I am saying this to hopefully help anyone

I find whenever I use distilled water as drinking water; and, whenever I have used coffee enemas or had back to back colonics, my body is left EXTREMELY weak, dangerously weak. I feel depleted of minerals. So, I cannot have distilled water for my drinking water. I keep it for my iron. I hope you hear me.
