Well said. One thing for me was at least getting a starting point to get my head clear. I wouldn't have made it to where i am if i did't follow sugestions from some people here. Now i am in a position to make my own informed decisions.

I might offend some people who need me to follow their truth even though they haven't been healed yet. I have stopped trusting completely in people but do require their suggestions so i can weigh things for myself.

I have been burned by the changing opinion of some so i ask now wait, research ask some more, research and make my decision. Even stilll i keep a protocol that is working. Still looking to add things i chose to leave out or wasn't ready for.

And my approach is measured and informed. It's a balancing act.
