Yes, with 100lbs you can take 1/2 of the recipe or 2/3 of the full adult recipe.

To gain courage, just take 1 tbsp of oil every morning on an empty stomach (blended with 1/2 glass of freshly squeezed juice )

If it feels OK, you can slowly increase up to 2 tbsp.

If that feels ok, you can try the flush.
