Hi there, So I got some strange news today. Doc said I tested positive for Chlamydia despite the fact that I haven't had any form of sex in well over a year. I am a healthy male in late 20's. I will admit I have practiced unprotected sex in the past, but this boggles my mind. Any ideas or similar stories. Only possible scenarios I could think of would be shared soap or being raped... I don't see how symptoms would be so mild then become severe to where my dick is peeing blood. Red blood and then a little mucus discharge after. Gross as F... But I am 100% serious about not partaking in any form of sex for the past year.

If it were male raping male, and if I were the receiver, would I notice the next day?
