I agree that you should consider the possible involvement of chronic mercury poisoning. The symptom list fits very, very well.

People as sick as you often start with just 5mg doses of DMPS every 6 hrs around the clock for a long weekend along with generous antioxidants, zinc, magnesium, etc.

With your symptoms you won't want to skimp on Mg, including Mg sulfate--Epsom Salt. Also learn about adrenal cortex support and amino acids that have a calming effect such as glutamine and GABA.
